10 students will be selected for this research-based course. This course is about conducting personality-related research in work domains. Thus, the first eligibility criteria is that students must have taken and passed the PSY3603 Personality in Social and Work Psychology course with at least a grade of BA. Interested students SHOULD attend the first class (face-to-face class) to talk about course requirements and write their names on the course application list. The final list of 10 students will be determined by the instructor based on student interests and motivation, and then announced following the first class.
